Senior Full Stack Developer

You will have a strong enthusiasm for creating and producing efficient code. In this role, you'll oversee the creation and maintenance of projects and applications using Angular and .NET technologies, ensuring the highest quality and commitment throughout the software development lifecycle. This key role involves delivering advanced technology solutions to enhance Tax Free Shopping and Currency Choice products. You'll have the opportunity to work with innovative technology in an agile environment, contributing to the organisation's industry leading work.

  • Location: You must be based in Slovakia. No relocation assistance is offered. You will have to visit the office in Vienna once a week (Travel costs are at your own expense).
  • Type of constract: Slovak Pernament Employment Contract (hlavný pracovný pomer)

Arbeitsinhalt, Befugnisse und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • In this role, you'll be involved in front-end development tasks.
  • You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle: from design, through development, testing, support and application deployment.
  • You'll also participate in technical reviews and recommend enhancements such as technical improvements, technology upgrades, architectural changes, etc.
  • Research and evaluate technologies and products relevant to software.
  • Enforce best practices, standards and procedures, including quality and delivery methodologies, and ensure adherence to documented software processes and procedures throughout the software product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Architects, Development Leaders and Product Managers to determine appropriate functionality and its implementation.
  • Take an active role in improvement initiatives.

Anforderungen an den Mitarbeiter

  • University degree in a technology-related field (e.g. Computer Science, MIS, etc.) or relevant technical training.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional software development environment
  • Good understanding of web application development concepts and principles
  • Good understanding of OOP concepts and principles and knowledge of .NET programming language
  • Hands-on experience with agile software development methodologies in a multi-divisional processing company
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as TypeScript, HTML and SCSS
  • Strong experience with Angular framework, preferably latest versions
  • Experience with front-end testing (unit testing, E2E testing, interface testing)
  • Good understanding of HTML semantics and accessibility
  • Good understanding of Software Design Patterns and Enterprise Design Patterns, especially in performance related
  • areas, and understanding of agile development methodologies (ideally SCRUM)
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written) in a routine, technology-related working environment.
