• work independently
• able to do pair programming
• communication with the cross teams
• Developing using Java
• Perform high-quality code
• Able to propose technical improvements and architectural changes

Požiadavky na zamestnanca

Technical skills

• Practical experience in Java, Spring, HTTP/Rest, Spring Boot
• Understanding the importance and practical experience writting Unit Tests/Integration Tests
• Knowledge about the AWS, Docker are is nice to have
• Experience with Jira, Bamboo, BitBucket

Soft skills

• fluent english (speaking and writting) as the daily communication with the internation team members is required
• good planning skills
• able to share the knowledge
• good communication skills (able to propose tech debt, architectural changes, discuss requirements)
• willingness to learn and progressing in gain knowledge
• knowledge about Scrum process
• understanding of product ownership
