Senior Backend Developer with Pega

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

• Communicate with developers, business analysts, solution managers and technical infrastructure personnel (primarily in English).
• Responsible for the timely delivery of software development and/or business components in line with the raised requirements and the established internal roadmap, within specific projects and/or day-to-day operational planned activities.
• Support the transformation project to Pega.
• Analyse and resolve operational incidents and system problems.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies to ensure state of the art operations.
• Software development tasks using specific SW development tools, following internal SW development standards/rules.
• Participate in requirements analysis (including technical/IT architecture analysis) and estimates.
• Ensure clear/transparent documentation using specific tools (Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams) and transparent description of stories/tasks and associated releases using JIRA and/or other agreed means.
• Work in an agile environment and actively contribute to our agile development, striving to constantly improve the way we work.

Predpoklady a zručnosti osobnosti

• Hands-on experience in back-end development, demonstrating expertise in designing, implementing and optimising robust server-side solutions.
• Knowledge of integrating Pega technology with backend systems.
• Strong background in designing and architecting complex backend systems, prioritising scalability, reliability and adherence to industry best practices.
• Adept at analysing and solving complicated technical challenges, using a systematic and innovative approach to create effective and elegant solutions.
