Product Manager

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

● Understand and represent user needs
● Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses
● Define and shape the vision for the product
● Understand technical capabilities and personal resources of internal teams involved in product development
● Align stakeholders around the vision for the product
● Collect and prioritize business requirements from internal and external stakeholders
● Prioritize the product features and capabilities
● Create a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision-making.
● Contribute to the pricing strategy
● Help customer support team with technical inquiries and issues
● Support and coordinate technical and business teams in product commercialization
● Coordinate development of product demonstrations and trainings
● Cooperate closely with other teams to gather their feedback and support them in the use of product
● Identify dependencies across products and proactively act upon them
● Contribute to creation of segmentation and prediction models and cross sell/upsell models
● Participate in the continuous enhancement of software development lifecycle process
● Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
● Stay up to date in global solar energy industry needs
● Stay up to date on trends in IT and solar energy, and company priorities

Predpoklady a zručnosti osobnosti

● University degree in a technical fields or science
● Ability to quickly learn various domain knowledge
● Ability to efficiently communicate difficult technical concepts with business team, technical teams, and customers
● Ability to transform business requirements into technical tasks and prioritize them
● Good presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)
● Problem-solving and analytical skills
● Excellent communication skills (oral, written) in English
● Job requires occasional travelling and (product) presentations at the events or in customer premises
