Medior Business Analyst with German
Our customer is the leading service partner in Germany for motor vehicle services. With around 1,900 employees and more than 430 service points throughout Germany and over 60 registration services, we are always present and close to our customers. From 1957 to the present day, our customer has succeeded in expanding from the simple embossing point for license plates to becoming the market leader.
Project ON is about three web applications and one mobile application to support the motor vehicle registration services (order management/fulfillment). Interfaces to SAP MM and other external systems i.e government registration offices or car dealerships.

The role of Business Analyst includes:
You act as a link between our development teams as well as our internal and external clients and ensure a common understanding of the respective task
You analyze the processes of our clients and check them together with the developers for technical feasibility
You will evaluate the current state of a system and analyze impacts of a new change to the existing system
Together with the project manager, you are responsible for the product backlog, set the right priorities with your stakeholders and develop viable solutions in agile processes
When it comes to implementing technical product requirements and process designs, you are creative when it comes to inspiring with results
You will also design the transfer of the solutions into the operation of our customers and ensure that the processes run stably and efficiently
As a competent contact person, you will also support our clients after the go-live in case of complications with your know-how

What do we expect?
You have working experience as a Business Analyst, IT technical BA is preferrable
You enjoy experiencing the processes live at the client's premises in order to record the entire spectrum of the product
You possess basic technical knowledge e.g., software 3 layers architecture, database/data model/SQL, Rest APIs, system integration, automation testing, CI/CD
You are well-versed in process analysis, process optimization and product development
You are familiar and experienced with requirement development and requirement management in the adaptive approach e.g., Agile/Scrum
You already have initial knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
You speak German and English fluently
