Purpose of this function

Implementation of customer requirements/needs and development of process know-how

Communication and interface-management

Development of Jobs, sequence/flow control, authorization concept in SAS-environment

Development of Jobs, authorization concept and technical support in WebFocus-environment

Ongoing customer contact maintenance and advice to clients

What to expect

Design and implementation of IT requirements, effort and cost estimation

Documentation and elaboration of the changes in the data/function model

Technical support during the technical development phase

Defining test cases, carrying out tests

Technical support for acceptance by the customer and the go-live

Incident management during operation, error analysis/correction

We work with the most modern process tools (eg JIRA, Confluence), organizationally in the form of small, dynamic and transnational solution teams with agile approaches and methods

We work in a highly motivated interdisciplinary team with different Business stakeholders, Architects, Data Engineers, System Engineers and Data Scientists from both Business and IT

In targeted onboardings we help you with coaching/training at the start

Personality requirements and skills

IT technical qualification (school or university for Informatics or Information System or comparable and relevant trainings & experiences)

Know-how in dealing with DB2/SQL databases

Knowledge of WebFocus or SAS would be an advantage

Fluency in German (C1) and English, both oral and written

Excellent team player, able to work in a problem-solving agile environment

Very good communication skills, customer focus and result orientation

Personal commitment, willingness to perform and motivation
