Compliance Specialist

Reporting in to the WW TakeBack Operations manager this position will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering compliance related POM (Put on Market). Responsible for maintaining business processes related to the reporting processes in order to maintain and improve the data quality. Partners with stakeholders and peers to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment. Leading and working with cross-functional teams, creates and implements plans that enable the execution of business strategies. Scope includes business execution processes related to data quality, POM reporting, and fee calculations. Partners cross-functionally to develop, track and manage business metrics for the function. In addition to core responsibilities, this position will be responsible for customer support activities (request validation, communication, logistics, etc.) associated with electronics recycling requests from Sales Teams and Customers, and will act as a backup to the senior reporting specialist as well as potential other assigned responsibilities supporting the TakeBack Operations team.

Náplň práce

Responsibilities:
. Managing the production and delivery of End of Life Compliance Reporting
. Creation, Update and Maintenance of the report queries in CMap.
. Review of the current system settings based on the current business and legal requirements and developments.
. Maintenance of settings and data quality of the End of Life Compliance database.
. Providing support to End of Life compliance related internal queries and audit requests.
. Providing support to other business requests and IT projects.
. Upkeep of the report submission schedule and documentation.
. Upkeep of the submission documentation for all of the countries and programs in scope.
. Manages a broad range of moderately complex reporting processes utilizing multiple systems including working with organizations such as Customs and local country management.
. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops recommendations.
. Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
. Contributes to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.
. Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.
. Manages Sales Team and Customer recycling requests including request validation, communication, logistics, request closure activities.

Požiadavka zamestania

Education and Experience Required:
. First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
. Typically 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain or related function.

Knowledge and Skills:
. Strong understanding of supply chain or related fields and regulatory processes.
. Very strong analytical and data modeling skills.
. Very strong communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language. Spanish language a plus
. Proven relationship management skills.
. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), sharepoint tool utilization, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
. Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
. Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
. Strong understanding of the company's overall business models.
. Good understanding of national and international trade requirements to align customs/trade function with business objectives.
