Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Perform tasks as Business Analyst in the meaning of business requirements collecting (in close collaboration with Business Owners) and creating business specifications and designs for required solutions including close cooperation with UI Designers, tech leads and domain experts.
• Perform tasks as Product Owner to convert business requirements into technical tasks, identify dependencies, define priorities, and create roadmaps, prepare high level estimations of proposed solutions.
• Close cooperation with other projects/team members of the development, technical and business teams in designing and solving agile software development tasks.
• Monitoring of the needs of the global solar energy market in daily cooperation with members of the sales and technical team.
• Monitoring of the market of software, data and consulting solutions in the field of renewable energy sources and creating competition analyses.
• Participation on the continuous enhancement of software development lifecycle process.
• Identification of dependencies and synergies between software products and their proactive solution.
• Support of technical and business teams in the development and commercialization of products.
• Contributing to the creation of a strategic plan and defining the company's priorities.
• Constant monitoring of IT trends in the context of company priorities.
• Product presentations and user training.

Voraussetzungen und Persönlichkeitskompetenz
Personality requirements and skills
• University degree in IT or similar
• Background in one of computer science/physics / electrical engineering or photovoltaics
• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Experience with agile development
• Experience with Jira or similar systems
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to the sales team and customers
• Ability to transform business requirements into technical requirements and prioritize them
• Ability to solve problems and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly learn various domain knowledge
• Good presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
• Experience in the Cloud environment (AWS) is an advantage
• Experience with agile development, planning, methodology and tools. Experience with SDLC is an advantage
• Constantly learn knowledge from IT and software development
• Constantly learn knowledge from the fields of natural and technical sciences
• Background in one of computer science/physics / electrical engineering or photovoltaics
• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
• Fluent communication skills in English
